The Council publishes details of contracts with a value over £5,000 in accordance with the Local Government Transparency Code 2015. The register is updated quarterly.

Regulation 32(2)(b)(ii) permits a contracting authority to award a contract without prior publication of a notice where the works, supplies or services can be provided only by a particular economic operator, for reasons connected with the protection of exclusive rights.
