Beverley and Holderness Council is the data controller for the personal information you provide. We process your information in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We collect only the information we need to provide the service you have requested. Where a service is not currently available, no information is collected.

How long we keep it

We retain personal information in line with the Council's retention schedule. The retention schedule is currently being updated.

Your rights

You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you. Requests are handled by the Council's Data Protection Officer, a post currently held on an interim basis.
